Our chapter is committed to providing valuable educational programs, networking opportunities, and resources to healthcare supply chain professionals in the North Texas region. To continue our mission and expand our reach, we rely on the generous support of sponsors like you. We are offering the following sponsorship levels to suit your budgetary and marketing goals:
Annual Sponsorship - $2000.00 (USD)
- Subscription period: 1 year from the date of registration
- No automatically recurring payments
- Tabletop exhibit booth at all NTAHRMM Conferences/events for 1 year (on average, NTAHRMM hosts 3-4 events per year)
- 2 complimentary registrations for each NTAHRMM Conference during the sponsors 1 year term
- Logo listed on all promotional marketing material
- Pre-conference attendee list 1 week prior to the conference
- Prominent placement of your logo on the website page highlighting the conference
- Logo recognition in all promotional material promoting the give-a-ways
- Prominent placement of your logo on the home and events pages of the chapter website
- Direct link to your homepage through your logo
Platinum Sponsorship - $3500.00 (USD)
- Includes all benefits of Annual Sponsorship Package
- Includes sponsorship of 1 Networking Event/Happy Hour
- Includes one Webinar hosted by your organization and a supporting provider. This webinar content must educate the attendees on industry best practice only. Content/Topic must be approved by NTAHRMM board, prior to the event
One-Time Event Sponsorship
(Space limited based on the number of annual and platinum sponsorships)
- $500 - Certified Diversity Supplier One-Time Event Sponsorship
- $750 - Supplier Exhibitor One-Time Event Sponsorship
Each includes:
- 2 complimentary passes (attendees must register using appropriate code)
- Table to display your company
