Michelle Wood Martinez

Currently serving as the Director for a full service 250-bed acute care and Regional Medical center, which services 7 counties in Northern New Mexico and regional oversight of the 20+ non-acute care community clinics supply chain and contracting. She oversees the daily Materials Management operations to include central supply, shipping & receiving, mailroom, purchasing, contracting, print shop, copiers, gases, and recycling. Michelle has 20 years’ experience in Medical logistics to include capital procurement specialist, fixed asset and reimbursement accountant prior to her promotion into management. She has a Master’s in Business Administration / Minor in Finance and is CMRP certified since 2009 and member of AHRMM. Held several positions in the GSAHRMM in San Antonio, TX such as President and served on the advisory board for 5 years.
